Your name and contact details live in a separate, locked part of our system — not behind a setting we could flip. No agent can reach you until you accept their bid.
Agents come to you and compete
Post one anonymized profile and agents bid the rebate they'll give you. You see every bid — the full ladder — and can accept several agents at once to keep them competing.
We're paid for access, not your deal
Agents pay a flat fee to reach a buyer who accepted them. We never take a cut of your commission or your purchase, so no one here is paid to push you to close.
A marketplace, not a brokerage
We don't represent you and we don't take sides. Agents and brokerages are our customers; you stay in control of who you talk to.
No spam, ever
